Who is NTF Corporate Solutions?

NTF Corporate Solutions is a specialist corporate insolvency practice helping company directors across the country, with its head office in Wilmslow, Cheshire, and part of NTF Financial Solutions Limited. The NTF group has provided advice and assistance to company directors and business owners with understanding and empathy since 2009, and in that time has helped thousands of people.

Our work covers the full range of limited-company situations: rescuing a viable business held back by historic debt through a company rescue procedure, and, where a company has no realistic future, guiding directors through closing it down in an orderly way that maximises the return to creditors, employees and, where possible, the business owners themselves. We can offer the same advice to sole traders and partnerships as well as limited companies.

Not sure which route fits your company? Start with our short company options chooser, or call us for a free, confidential and sympathetic conversation.

Who are the practitioners?

Our formal appointments are taken by named insolvency practitioners licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), James Kaye and Nick Morgan, supported by the wider NTF group team. You know who is handling your case, you deal with them directly, and there is experienced help behind them throughout.

How does NTF work with directors?

The way we work is different from a large firm or a lead-generation website. Four things shape every case we take on.

A named practitioner handles your case

Your case is handled by a named, licensed practitioner from the first call, supported by the wider NTF group team. You are not passed between departments or handed to a sales team.

Plain English, no jargon

Insolvency is full of technical terms. We explain your position and the options in words that make sense, so you can make a decision you understand.

Understanding and empathy

As part of the NTF group, we have advised company directors under real pressure since 2009. We know how much is riding on the conversation, and we treat it that way.

Honest advice, both ways

Our practitioners have helped save businesses and jobs where a company was viable, and closed companies down properly where they were not. We tell you which applies to yours.

How is the practice regulated?

NTF is a corporate insolvency practice whose work is carried out by practitioners licensed and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Being ICAEW licensed means they must adhere to the profession's standards for competence, conduct and independence, and are answerable to a recognised regulator.
